Ordering & Creation

By placing an order with The Windswept Witch, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a bespoke, handmade product.  Most products are made to order. This means they are not always created or shipped immediately.

If you need your order by a specific date (e.g., a birthday or ritual), please write this clearly in the order notes at checkout. I will always do my best to accommodate timing requests, but I cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Golden Sovereign Oil – Special Timing

Golden Sovereign Oil requires a 13 night charging period after creation. Normally, I complete this process before shipping. If you prefer the oil to ship earlier, note this during checkout (just be aware that sending it early may reduce its potency.)

Shipping

I currently ship within Australia only (international may open in the future).

Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

I do not ship on a set day or time. Orders are sent when they are ready and energetically complete.

Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, it is out of my hands.
Any delivery issues (delays, misrouting, etc.) must be directed to Australia Post.

Address Responsibility

Please ensure your address is entered correctly.

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipping fee will apply.

If you choose not to have it re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus postage costs.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because each oil or mist is custom blended for the individual, all bespoke items are final sale.
There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been created.

These products are not generic inventory. They are personal magical workings, created specifically for you, your energy, and your intention. They cannot be resold, restocked, or repurposed for someone else. Do so at your own risk.

If there is an issue with your order (damaged in transit, incorrect item received, etc.), please contact me and we will try to reach a resolution.

Product Guarantee

My oils and mists are not perfumes. They are functional, magical blends, and scent is secondary to purpose.

I cannot offer refunds or replacements due to:

Disliking the scent, texture, or feel of the product

Belief that the spell was “ineffective”

I create the tool. You create the magic. Once it leaves my hands, the energy responds to your intention, your action, and your participation.

Allergies & Safety

You are responsible for reviewing ingredients before use.
Patch testing is strongly recommended.

Even if allergies are disclosed, I am not liable for any reactions that may occur.

Lost Parcels

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
 If your parcel is returned to me due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:

I am not responsible for delivery delays, damage, or loss caused by incorrect address entry, redirection requests, or carrier handling.

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, I am not responsible for:

Heat exposure, temperature changes, or product quality being affected during extended transit times

Because these products are handmade, natural, and energetically charged, I cannot be held liable if a delayed delivery or handling by the carrier affects the product’s texture, scent, potency, or condition upon arrival.
