2. Handmade, Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

All products are handmade by The Windswept Witch, a solo practitioner.

• Nothing is mass-produced.

• Nothing is pre-made or shipped within 24 hours.

• Each item is crafted individually, often in accordance with lunar phases or astrological timing.

By ordering, you acknowledge the bespoke nature of products and accept that processing times may vary.

3. Health, Safety & Allergies

All ingredient information is provided to the best of our ability.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or medical conditions during checkout.

• Products may contain essential oils, botanicals, nuts, herbs, or other reactive ingredients.

• All oils, mists, and other products are not perfumes. Satisfaction with scent, texture, appearance, or sensory qualities cannot be guaranteed.

• Patch testing is recommended. Even if allergies or conditions are disclosed, we are not liable for any reaction.

Usage precautions:

• Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

• Never leave candles or ritual setups unattended.

• Shelf life for products is approximately 6–12 months.

6. No Refunds on Services or Custom Orders

All readings and ritual items are made specifically for you.

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for:

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with spiritual interpretation or product

• Results that do not manifest as hoped

If an order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us so we can arrange a resolution.

• Prices, availability, and shipping times are subject to change without notice.
